As you contemplate identifying a personal fitness trainer, please know that I am not your ‘typical’ trainer. For one, contrary to how I look today, I have not always been fit.
I tried every diet, and I am positive, I promised myself a ‘New Year, New Me.’ Every. Single. Year to only find I either did not lose or worse gained more weight. I struggled for years with trying to lose weight and I can relate to anyone who is struggling and needs support.
